Crisp butter lettuce adorned with a cooked egg, Amsterdamse uitjes, a refreshing herb gazpacho dressing, topped with a sprinkle of cheese. To compliment the dish they added multiple microgreens, and some flower petals like the ones from our Marigold, to add a pop of color!
