Yes, you can update your delivery address in your account settings in the app.

The tracking link becomes available once the delivery route has been planned, generally the evening before your delivery.

Some microgreens may be temporarily unavailable due to seasonal reasons or limited supply. However, you can always leave a request in the order notes.

Yes, we grow year-round, but due to peak periods, we can’t always meet demand.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide custom sizes as we adhere to fixed and controlled growing methods.
Our products are fresh and typically have a shelf life of 7-10 days when handled and stored properly.
No need to wash! We don’t use pesticides and all of our growing is done hands-free. This means products are clean and ready to use.
Officially, no. But, we’re beyond organic. All the benefits of organic produce, without the label. We produce pesticide free, sustainably and controlled.
Yes. It is possible to register multiple people under your restaurant’s account.
Your invoice email can be different from your communication email. You can update your invoice email directly in the app under My Account → Company Details → Payment method, or contact us via WhatsApp.
Sending invoices to multiple email addresses at once isn’t available yet, but we’re working on it.
No, the packing slip is always sent to the address linked to the account that placed the order.
We occasionally offer tours. You can contact us via WhatsApp to find out when tours are available.

Our payment term is fourteen days.
Yes, if you choose to pay via direct debit, you’ll receive a 2% discount. You can easily set this up in the payment menu of your account in the app.
