The Wasabi Mustard is possibly one of the boldest types of microgreens in our collection, because of its spicy, wasabi-like, flavour. Chefs like to use our Wasabi Mustard for salads, stir fry, you name it! They can also be used to top of a plate. For example, Bergpaviljoen Amersfoort topped their dish that consists of smoked Coquilles, Xo sauce, dried shrimps and squid crisps topped with some of our Wasabi Mustard leaves.
